Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Monitor security systems and perform routine safety checks to safeguard guests and staff.
- Respond swiftly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, including financial summaries, incident logs, and maintenance issues.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate with other departments.
- Ensure all guest information is accurately recorded in the hotel management system and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations confidently and courteously.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards, including guest services, phone etiquette, and resort operations if applicable.
